I agree with nowaytothisbill about bringing back manufacturing to out nation to be one of the most important elements to recovery.

I also feel that to help the municipalities out it would do a lot better to force servicers to rework the loans that were written with conditions which surpass the homeowners ability to maintain the loan. Without the servicers being forced to rewrite the loans, municipalities lose out wholly on loans which go into foreclosure.

This bill does not direct funds to force the financial collapse to rework loans and perpetuate cash flow. It just goes to raise the national debt by borrowing more and bringing in less.
