The budget is ten years. This started out of foreign aid 5 year budgets. They are in their second five year cycle. You should add the cost over the 10 years because Congress won't change it; they invented the five yer budgets.

It's a ten year tax bill.

The budget document contains ten-year projections, but the figures reported here are FY 2010 spending under the President's budget.

Foreign aid doubles by 2010. It's doubled and tripled over the last year.

I think the budget although it might be expensive,it is going to help a lot of low to middle class income families, because of the tax cuts made permanent if the budget passes.

This country is already in BIG trouble because of the baby boomers coming of age and Medicare and Social Security have been skimmed from for years. Now with

$$$ TRILLIONS $$$$ of new spending for 9000+ Pork Projects.....Its just unsustainable. Eventually we'll have to take wheel barrel full of money to buy a loaf of bread because they're printing soooo much money and devaluing the dollar. Its shameful. I was about to retire but guess I'll go back to work for another 10 years.

Thanks Mr.President.

We are bieng spent into a hole we may never be able to climb out of by the current administration. Not that the last one was any better, just blowing the money on different things.

As the Right used to say. (but not lately) "Deficits are not necessarily a bad thing. During times of high deficits, its easier to cut entitlements." Get the money to the people to spend and everyone will benefit. Supply side is dead.
