All this work just to have President Obama VETO it because it goes against his directive to shut down gun ownership and the firearms industry? I won't hold my breath on this one but thanks for the effort. In the meantime I do not have any criminal record and will under the Second Amendment transport my gun(s) anywhere I want except New York and California. I do not visit states where they are run by the inmates of mental institutions.
