This bill should never have been submitted by any senator unless they have read and understood it first. The fort belknap tribe have already been compensated 30 years ago on the grinnell lands and here they are again asking for more, when will it end, senator tester should have done his home work and not sponsored this bill untill it could be read and understood and just how it will affect the people of eastern and northern Montana. The best thing to do is read the bill for yourself and then you decide just how bad this bill is. Its damn scarey.

I agree with 3wisemen, and on top of that there are significant errors in the Bill.

Read the Legal descriptions of the lands and pay attention to the acres because who ever wrote them out can't add. For example:

the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 equals 40 acres not 80.
