HR 2883 is a renumber of HR 2790.

Well, isn't this a fine kettle of rotten fish? Everything American Family Rights Association said about HR 2790 applies double to HR 2883. The only difference we know about so far is they added onto the end of it "and for other purposes", meaning who-knows-what with this government)

We want ALL of these evil CPS programs SHUT DOWN and the CPS employees in PRISON for their Federal capital Crimes against citizens.

See everything we have on it at-

CPS has way too much power and are nothing but a bunch of child abusers. If every case was really looked at for the truth, the truth would shine like bright light. Please SEE the truth. Nancy Shafer died to bring this truth to light. How many more children have to suffer before you will act on the truth?

Child abuse/ Child neglect is actually a crime (from a felony to neglect begin a misdemeanor) yet very few who lose their children are ever taken to court to face these crimes...Family court took over these types of cases and made it so the parents have no voice. Cps has taken to working behind closed doors with family court judges/referees and the prosecutors to corrupt the system. We do need CPS around...because there are children out there being abused and murdered and these same children are being left at home with the monsters who need CPS however CPS can not adopt out these type of children because in doing so would require years of medical care and are more likely to remain in foster care rather then be adopted. Instead they make false allegations against good loving parents and keep the case running until the Judge terminates the parents rights. They don't think they are doing anything wrong...and in actuality they are damaging beautiful loved children.

Not only is this bill adding on money to the NINE BILLION the recent AGO Showed Michigan receive two years ago.You know what? The Federal govt just doesn't use the money to give us help' It comes out of our Social Security. This money is given to the wrong departments and does not help family's but it makes the problems worse by kidnapping our babys and children

The American taxpayers have had enough. This is social security funds that are being used and abused in legally kidnapping of our children. Randy Heckmen (R) at recent tea party had cited that "yes the social security age needs to be raised to 80". If you take a close look states are rewarded for adopting more children out than they did the previous year with cash incentives. Are grandpa and grandma rewarded with a bigger S.S. check for a healthy heart. The U.S. with their social programs are breaking families apart with these funds. A solid NO is needed in Washington.

I am totally against any more funding for CPS.The heartache and mental anquish that they cause for families is a SIN.They steal, they lie, children are molested and MURDERED in their so called best interest of the child.I say do away with the whole corrupt program. If a parent abuses a child send them to jail and let the natural families step in and care for the child or children.Just like everything the government gets it paws on turns CORRUPT.I have dang well had it.NO,NO,NO,on H.R.2790 and H.R.2883.Lets put them out of business. Together we stand divided we fall.We won't back down.

This bill will allow for the continued abuse of Social Services Procuring Children for Profit. We are in Ozaukee County, and I have proof the this Department has been committing fraud, removing children unnecessarily from good homes, and manipulating the court to say that reasonable efforts were made to maintain the child/children in the home (when no efforts were made), and lying to the Judge to have a ruling "contrary to the welfare." This bill would continue the fraud. The money is not being used as intended. I have proof of all of this, chgs are pending against social workers, I would be glad to discuss any of this with you. PLEASE VOTE NO TO H.R. 2883... 4 more years without reformation is too long. Children unnecessarily kidnapped are being traumatized and families are being destroyed.

NO! No more more mon-ey for DCF Chlld Protective Services until their can be more regulation and a complete overhaul of this agency in every state. The only people who are targeted are people who have no money to afford their own lawyer and then the the only lawyers that DCF will assign to parents are the lawyers that will convince innocent parents to consent to case plans. So the innocent parents are agreeing to abuse accusations all the while federal funds are paying for lawyers not defending parents, Supervisors and caseworkers getting paid when they know there is no abuse, and services being created to keep federal funds streaming in for all the players. Corruption at its finest!

I oppose H.R.2883 - Child and Family Services Improvement and Innovation Act, and am tracking it using OpenCongress.org, the free public resource website for government transparency and accountability.

All Title IV funding MUST stop. CPS is obtaining federal funding fraudulently to steal children from innocent parent's. No services are given before children are placed in foster care and relatives are NOT being allowed custody of these children. Children are being illegally adopted and their father's rights never terminated. CPS falsify's report's and perjure themselves in court, with no repercussion's. Evidence proving innocence is NOT allowed in court and the parent's are NOT allowed to speak. CPS is pulling the wool over the federal government's eyes as well as everybody elses. Federal funding should only be given for families kept together. Not for families torn apart by the deceitful practices of CPS. Wake up and smell the coffee. You are being scammed by CPS!

Why is congress continuing to spend money when they could not even take the time to pass the 2012 Budget? This may be a good cause but it is not the right time. Everything else should be 'tabled' until they pass a full budget for 2012 (NOT just a continuing resolution.

There is some corruption in every area of life. But aren't these funds aimed to help the children already in foster care? It is a necessary evil: if you knew what goes on in some families, you would not be surprised at how abuse and neglect is perpetuated across generations. Some children just need safer homes. And sometimes the relatives fail to protect the children from their parents and are otherwise unfit to provide for them. There are horrible things going on in some homes, can't you admit that? What would you do with these children? No one ever readily admits guilt. Some do not make serious attempts to improve their parenting.Yes - More attention should be given to enhancing the outcomes of those who could be better parents. But for those youth in foster care with no liklihood of adoption - don't you want to help them succeed to be independent adults???? Implementing the requirements in this bill WILL help them. Share your compassion.

My vote is a sound NO on that silver spoon bill called H.R.2883. These weasles do not make money helping families stay together. They make money kidnapping kids and placing them in foster homes for adoption. They are some of the most arrogant and useless people I have ever met. The entire ilk known as CPS or whatever name change to protect the guilty they use should be in prison for conspiracy under the color of law, child trafficking, social security fraud and medicare fraud for starters. Every Senator that votes for it is also part of the system and the problem. Any one of them that vote for it should be voted out and their cushy pensions removed. Your dang right I'm biased. http://alaskachildservicesstoleourgrandchild.blogspot.com/

The H.R. Bill 2833 is essential and important to safeguard innocent children from neglect and abuse from their parents. I read the comments that CPS kidnap children and my guess is the same people opposing the bill are the very ones who has been investigated for abuse and neglect to a child or children. CPS is not the one who needs to be abolished, it is parents who have children then justify the abuse and neglect rendered to children.

maybe there are some parents out their that do things but how many of our babies are destroyed by the hands of people that cps put them in to defend this kind of action is so disgusting is there no shame how heartless and cruel the real truth is this is a money making business and a big corporation how about safe guarding families that don't deserve this not everyone out in the world deserve the systems kidnapping. I remember when this country stood for family mom apple pie and baseball what happened cps happened abolish the system completely shut their doors forever and please don't justify or defend the cps child abuse and neglect they put upon our children
