I can see no reason for yet another "for the children" act.

Ever since CAPTA 74 and subsequent legislation, American families have been over-whelmed by the massively over-financed and tyrannical child abuse industry.

America is already 1000% bankrupt, and adding just another level of oppressive government and opportunity for FRAUD is insane.
