there is no protection for the government employee whose credit card number gets fraudualently used to make another credit card and then misused. the employee is responsible for the charges! Too many people have the number and when it gets misuded we should have the same fraud protection or better than our personal credit cards BUT too many people want to focus on what the government employee does wrong. Management in the government turns its head when employees need help/
