I would like to say, here on Cheyenne River, Law Enforcement and the Tribal Courts have enough POWER! Why boost them to continue their Genocide against our REAL PEOPLE, meaning the Full Blood, we have non-law trained, uncertified, uneducated people as well as non-members and non-Indians when we have a high unemployment rate. They have all the control, abuse their positions, play bias, discriminate, etc. too much to mention. They keep their GESTAPO employed, only they know what jobs are available and who they want in those positions whether they qualify or not, they train them to be like them. There is no chance for the poor, unemployed , or indigent members of Cheyenne River. Investigate these before you give them more POWER to DICTATE! Thank you.
