I don't want the drug cartels to overthrow the Mexican government because after they do they will probobly move or try to move up into the United States

This is ridiculous. If they can smuggle drugs and illegal aliens into the country, how hard would it be to smuggle guns out? Why waste time on such a trivial piece of legislation. The only way for Mexico to get a grip is to end their failed socialist state that has about killed their oil industry and return to a market based economy and let the people own a piece of the action, earning it through their own hard work. Oh, I forgot, who are we to lecture, we are headed in the same direction by our current Congress, or better called, the U.S. Dictatorship of the Proletariat.
