This country is headed in the wrong direction, Crime cannot be solved through enforcement, it has to be reduced through elimination of causes. Heavy enforcement only reduces FREEDOM, the easy way out for a bunch of dumb skulls with pens. We are becoming what we hated about Russia and China a few years ago.

more wasted dollars on fear mongering. your gangs were a creation of bad policy in the first place! you people empowered these gangs/cartels by creating a black market in the drug industry. you knew it when you did it!! anyone halfwit can tell you prohibition has been shown time and time again to do more damage to society than good. alcohol prohibition was a PERFECT example even the proponents agree!

I get so tired hearing put them in jail. I say if the person commits a crime that puts them in jail for more than ten years just shoot them. I dont see feeding some person that can not get along in the real world. He/ she need to have a bullet in their head put them out of the taxpayer’s misery

It is people like Doug who are afraid to put their full name behind there mouth that influence other people through there emotions rather than their brain. People with more than 10 yrs are ussually less harmfull to society as a whole than all those white collar guys who destroy America and hurt every person in it and get probation and a fine.

In case you are interested, I am also known as Detroit Mike from the Devils Diciples MC and the reason I am so against these types of bills "laws" are because they effect MC's more than Street Gangs who can evaporate and then re-appear as a new gang. MC's are the LAST American Organizations that are truely free and without some sort of government association and CONTROL. The powers that be who want to CONTROL every aspect of America for their benifit, not the peoples want to do away with the last obstical standing in their way of total control of America. We will all be a supervised number with no unsupervised way of communication with each other. Destroying Motorcycle Clubs will hurt the average American more than they will ever know. Your fear is directed in the wrong direction.

The largest, most violent gang -- is the US government, headed by the "Belt Way Leadership." They run more drugs and weapons than anyone. gangs need to exist due to many reasons such as: Economic failure (corporate greed back by congress), survival and identity in a world where only the oligarchy has the luxury of these.

Obmama knows this, and he wants to put restrictions on the powers that that have destroyed hope. I feel this is a bill he would veto if passed.

Doug,

What do you think about putting congress, BATF, FBI, NSA, DEA the previous three administrations -- oh ... and BOP in jail? You could visit them on visiting days, and discus "shooting" them.

What are they doing? Do they know HOW to stop violence? Obviously not. You don't try to reduce violence with police. More police encourages more deviants so they can protect each other. To eliminate drug violence, you don't try to eliminate drugs. That just creates smarter criminals. How can there be so many dumb you-know-whats in our government?

I too ride with an MC and cannot believe our government is wasting yet more tax dollars on bills such as this one. All these bills do line the pockets of others and allows the state to go after Motorcylce CLUBS. That is Clubs not Gang.

my only hope is that someday soon our oppresive government passes another freedom reducing bill that wakes everyone up, and every outlaw out there will be looked at as americas last hope. we are the last of the cowboys and the only true believers in freedom. gov., STOP telling people how to live their lives, or those people will gladly end yours

2 guys fist fight in a bar. 1 has a big mouth, the other has a 3 piece patch and a diamond.

Anyone want to guess which guy could get 8 years for \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"violence in aid of racketeering?\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"

Exclusive laws that target select groups is Nazism.
