This will allow people like myself to use FDA Approved Home Needle Destruction Device like the new Disintegrator(TM) and the Disintegrator Plus(TM) at homes.
This will allow safe disposal of needles. I anticipate it will becomes mandatory for all diabetics, needle users. Looking forward to this.

I cannot for the life of me understand why this would have any opposition. It is just a bill to allow those of us who need to give ourselves medicine at home, some way to dispose of the needles properly so as not to hurt some unsuspecting other person. Why is the Reverend so nasty?

I think the - FDA Approved Home Needle Destruction Device like the new Disintegrator(TM) is a great idea and it should be required you to have one if using needles at home!
