the introduction of this bill addresses some of the gaps in the Healtjy Marriage bill-this bill and its provisions provides the fatherhood community an opportunity to educate our communities and build effective fatherhood and family policy.

courts are treacherous to some men , some men over pay , and compared to other fathers with comparable income. !7% of your income plus, plus plus , can be 40 to 50 % percent of your income. The custodial parent should contribute to the financhial burden also, government pay support like welfare support for a child different parametrs are used . . courts try to burden the father with large awards for support to push money into the child support collection unit. Any money disbursed by the noncustodial parent to the custodial parent should be applied to support as long as a receipt is earned . Example , i deposited 300 for 4 weeks in a row to my ex-es bank account , but her lawyer advised her to not accept it as support. it was a gift as the court determined. If it was given as support it should be accepted as support . If it isn't accepted as support, then it should be returned to the giver. Too many games can be played by lawyers not in the interest of litigants
