This bill is long overdue, Law Enforcement accross rural america in most cases operates out of Antiquated Facilities or facilities that have been worn out by other agencies and handed DOWN to the cops who in reality operate 24/7 and need better work space to continue to offer the services our citizens demand and expect! PASS THIS BILL !!!

As a Police Officer in Massachusetts, I applaud Senator Kerry for all of his work on behalf of law enforcement in our state. With local and state budgets being what they are, this bill will certainly help agencies in need.
