June 19, 2009, 12:59pm (report abuse)Simple. Make it a law that all soft and hard porn site be removed from the .com and put on a .xxx network. If a site breaks this law and is found on other than the .xxx it will be shut down and the organizers fined. This sounds good but will be nearly impossible to enforce.
Instead update the laws to allow schools to develop a listing of approved sites for their school and only those sites can be accessed from a school computer. The schools would be able to update the listing to include sites if needed for research. I believe the same should be done for libraries. If taxpayers are funding the computers and internet access, then decent rules should be applied. If someone wants to go to porn sites, then let them do it from their home.
By having a safe listing of approved sites you could eliminate access to porn sites and decrease the possibilities of viruses. Initially it would take time to develop this listing, but worth it.

I totally agree with your comment. you have some strong ideas that should b incorporate in the school system. I work for Special Ed School as an IT, and for us is hard to balance out the sites we should allow our student to visit.
