How do you stubstanciate on a bill that is based on anonymous phone calls, no one is charged with a crime of defined abuse and yet gov. actors have imposed their will on families, stipping them of their rights. Substanciated comes from all of the system together perjurying themselves, and destroying families, without real evidence, but hearsy and no due process of the law. That's how they could trump up those numbers. Along with a plethora of services, even ones that were not necessary to keep those funds coming. This bill and it's imaginary numbers are a joke. I oppose these public servant theives and their 501c3 programs from stealing anymore taxpayers dollars. The reason why those numbers rise is, the pretend to be assisting the families when they are NOT helping anyone. Courts make up fake numbers of families "referred to the programs" but never do they follow through. The programs are a failure if there is still a high number of incidents. Take it from a court watcher.

I think this bill will be a good opportunity to take a collaborative look at what we are really doing to help the children. In these times, we need to partner together to save our children.
