September 20, 2009, 11:22am (report abuse)It is hard to imagine the impact this bill when passed will have if states got just 50% of the voter registration results Maryland received after having passed it in '07. Between 2006 and 2008, a 90% increase in new 17 & 18 year old voters in MD. Wow!
