H.R. 3236 would require the Secretary of Homeland Security to complete at least 700 miles of reinforced fencing along the Southwest border by December 31, 2010.

i think the fence is a good thing for national security but i question its effectiveness on illegal emigrants. they will find a way to get here fence or not if we continue to make it easy for employers to work them.
