September 20, 2009, 11:11am (report abuse)I live about 5 miles from Dimock PA and a few days ago an 8500 gallon fracking fluid "leak" caused massive pollution of a stream and wetland. This is one of many leaks and spills and is unacceptable! also many homes have a nasty ambient air quality and contaminated water. Is this the American way of getting "clean" energy ? Does this seem like "clean" fuel when ground water contamination is very often occurring ?
Please pass a good enforceable clean water or FRAC act and a staff to monitor the regulations. Thank You for the chance to comment
