A completely unnecessary bill. You need to ask yourself -- Do you really want the White House in charge of our children? READ THE BILL!

It is the foundation of the U.N. Resolution that Clinton is about to sign, giving all parental rights over to the U.N. This is how they plan to control the next generation. See: "The Conference on the Rights of the Child." Hitler did this with the German Youth Movement. The National Service Act was just ammended to make youth service MANDATORY. Talk to your kids. Ask them what they are learning in school. The Obama book "Why you voted for me" is going to be mandatory curriculum in elementary schools next school year.
