Keep all terrorist out that includes Mexico border. They can just walk across with this Administrations blessings. Close the border. I really do not care give the people back to the country they come from. Let them deal with it. We have enought problems here.

I find it ironic that there is so much public opposition to having accused (note - not convicted) enemy combatants whose guilt hasn't even been established but find no such outrage at having convicted criminals and domestic terrorists of horrific crimes being in their states.

To me, this is just a convenient issue for many to hide their fears and prejudices behind.

While they have not been convicted there is quite a bit of evidence against them. Further, even those that are not charged at all have often still been involved with actions that would be illegal in other circumstances. Another words, quite a few have not been charged since the were brought here rather then came willingly.

The Chinese Uthagar for example were military excersizes in a terrorist camp and a member of a group on the terrorist group list. Normally that would mean you could not legally come in to the US.

Since these people that would normally not be able to come to the US were detained however, they now get a free card.
