KL Bill has defamed America in Pakistan and proved harmful. Pakistani People, Statesman, Administration and Civil Society have SERIOUS RESERVATIONS regarding some sections of this legislation, if are amended it becomes acceptable to all stakeholders in Pakistan, otherwise in the long run A Dangerous Trap for Americans in Pakistan and they would be in an blind allie.
