After hearing Mr. Carter's comments regarding all of the conservatives being rascist...I wouldn't want any further ANYTHING named for this despicable person. That was so beneath the the office of the President, whether current or former. It is an insult and I, for one, consider this bill to be a joke to the American people.

Hasn't Jimmah already overextended his boundaries? We taxpayers have already paid out to him far more than he will ever be worth.
