Until you have experienced a death of a loved one who expected when they passed away that their daughter would inherit what had been left to her by her father, you wan't truly understand how devastng it to the survivor. Because everything was bdestoryed there was nothing left to inherit. Many people are affectd by these conditions and this bill would help a great deal.
