November 26, 2007, 9:36am (report abuse)Flood insurance should not cost taxpayers anything. People who choose to live in flood-prone areas should bear 100% of the cost. If you can't afford it, sell out to someone who can. I have to live where I can afford. It should be the same for everyone. No more taxpayer subsidies.
