April 20, 2008, 11:14pm (report abuse)If such an amendment ever is added to the United States Constitution, I will soon afterwards be wishing that I did not live in the United States. It is absolutely necessary that dangerous criminals be put to death.

Do you honestly feel you would be at any greater risk of harm because people aren't being put to death? To the contrary, states that have banned the death penalty have lower murder rates than those that haven't.
