<description>Common sense says don't buy a car if you can't afford it (or if the manufacturer is bankrupt or about to be).

It also says if its a bad idea after 2010 (when this expires), it's always a bad idea....</description>

<description>No vehicles from GM (Goverment Motors) or will they be given better incentives as payback to buy their junk?
I would never one for that reason, more market meddling for your government approved vehicle.
