HE HS NOT VISITED MY SON SINCE HIS TRAIL SINCE FEBURARY, SO YES I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE LAW OF THE MANDATORY MINIMUM CHANGED FOR FIRST TIME NON VIOLENT OFFENDERS.
