<description>To the above commenter, unless you are being sarcastic, you are incredibly neurotic and/or ignorant. Do you honestly feel you would be at any greater risk of harm because people aren't being put to death? To the contrary, states that have banned the death penalty have lower murder rates than those that haven't....</description>
